WiReD™ is a National Will Register aimed at providing a central location and access facility for all Wills executed in England and Wales and for those individual's who own property and have subsequently executed Wills abroad. In addition to the limited information available here on our website, we are members of the Will Writers Guild and we are also happy to provide advice or assistance on estate planning or Inheritance Tax, the drafting Wills and acting in connection with applications for Probate.

Our aim is to provide certainty in a time of uncertainty; to help with the avoidance of stress at a time of distress; to assist with the passing of the deceased's estate in a seamless and uncomplicated way without delay and with the reduction of opportunities for the challenging of the authenticity of your Will and the terms thereof.

This Web Site is designed with a view to providing a Registration facility for an individual or their representative to store details of the location of their Will and ancillary documentation and a Search facility for the deceased's representatives or immediate family to find the deceased's will.
