Our commitment to you through this franchise opportunity:

5 year contract
Full initial training - you will be in a position to advise clients on estate planning, inheritance tax provisions, intestacy, will drafting (including all clauses), will registration and probate
Continuing Professional Development – 16 hours per year – this is essential to ensure that you are kept up to date on changes in the law etc.

What we charge:

Franchise Fee - £2,750.00 plus VAT (Annual Fee waived in first year)
Annual Fee of £1,000.00 plus VAT
25% of fees that you generate
Will storage and registration fee of £25.00 (at www.willregisterdirect.com )

What you earn:

75% of all fees that you generate (except the will storage and registration fee)
25% of all probate fees generated*
25% of all commission generated from funeral package sales
Based on minimum 4 will writing contracts per week and 75% of company average fee of £275.00 you will earn £825.00 per week

What you will be committing to:

Marketing the franchise business of estate planning and will writing
Learn how to, with best advice to the fore, up-sell from a will to a power of attorney, living will and will storage and registration
Join local business networks
Complete a minimum of 4 will writing contracts per week (Most instructions are based on a couple so that 2 couples gets your 4 contracts)
Become self-sufficient in terms of client generation
Ensure will registration at www.willregistrydirect.com in EVERY instance
