We are a Will registry and not a Will storage facility. In the event that you registered with us, the critical information that we stored about you is the location of your Will. As a result, we do not and will not ever have access to the contents of your Will.

Sale of Business
In the event that the Company negotiates a sale of this business to a third party you consent to the information registered by you being transferred to them on the basis that they maintain an adequate Privacy Policy as the new owners of the Company.
