"Testator(rix)" shall mean the person who owns the Will.

"Registrant" shall mean the person who registers the Will on behalf of the Testator(rix).

"Enquirer" shall mean the person who made the request on the location of the Will or used our search service to check whether the Testator(rix) is in our database.

Information provided by you
When you register on our website you confirm that all information provided by you is correct, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You hereby accept responsibility for maintaining the information registered on our website and ensuring that all information is kept up to date in the event that any of changes to that information. If you provide any information that is incorrect, inaccurate, not current and incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

The Registration Of A WILL By An Professional Representative/Registrant
If you are not the Testator(rix) and would like to register the Will location on behalf of the Testator(rix), it is your sole responsibility as their representative, appointed or otherwise, to ensure that you have all the permissions and full authority from the Testator(rix) to register their details. You also hereby agreed that the details that you have entered during the registration process may be made available to an Enquirer through our Search facility. In the event that you do not have the permissions from the Testator(rix), you are not to register the Testator(rix)'s Will location. In the event that you continue to register information on our website without the said authority then you agree to indemnify the Company from all claims and or liabilities of whatever nature to any party arising directly or indirectly from your registration. The Company hereby states clearly that it is not administratively possible to check or verify whether the representative or registrant has authorisation from the Testator(rix).

Information Provided by Enquirer
The Enquirer hereby warrants that all information provided by them during the Search facility is completely and wholly accurate and that they are entitled to use the said facility as either a representative or family member evidence of which must be provided by the Enquiry.
The Enquirer hereby agrees to fully indemnify the Company from all claims and liabilities of whatever nature to any party arising directly or indirectly due to the Enquirer's improper use of the Service or the Enquirer's input of inaccurate or incomplete information into this site.

Accuracy of Information
It is the sole responsibility of all Testator(rix)s, appointed representatives or Registrants involved in registering information on the location of all Wills and ancillary documentation to ensure that the said is accurate at the time of registration and maintained as accurate at all times.
The Enquirers of information made available on this website including but not limited to the above accept that we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or continuing accuracy of the said information entered onto this site this being the sole responsibility of those registering the information and that the Company cannot be held liable for any miss-information or inaccuracies.
